Most of our belts are one flat strip of leather. The Weaver isn't — a braided construction that's been a classic retro shape for generations, handmade from a single 4mm-thick piece of vegetable-tanned leather.
The solid brass buckle is fixed in place rather than removable, so the belt arrives ready to wear exactly as it's sized.
Casual enough for jeans, tidy enough to work with dressier pants too — the braid does the visual work either way.

Sizing — Please Read Before Ordering
This belt is sold by waist range, not a single fixed length — each size covers a 2-inch span (for example, size 35"-36" fits waists measuring 35 to 36 inches). Because the buckle is permanently set into the braided strap, the fit is determined by size selection rather than post-purchase adjustment, so please measure carefully before ordering.

Care Instructions
- Wipe down with a soft, dry cloth after each wear, working gently into the folds of the braid to remove dust and surface oils.
- Every 2 to 3 months, work in a small amount of natural leather conditioner with a clean cloth, paying attention to the woven sections, then buff off any excess.
- If the belt gets wet, blot it dry and let it air-dry away from direct heat — never use a hairdryer or radiator, which can shrink the leather.
- Some color variation and darkening over time is normal — vegetable-tanned leather is meant to develop a patina, not stay showroom-new.
